The Leopalace21 serviced offices are on one of the upper floors of Tower 6789, a high-rise office building on Ayala Avenue, the main street running through Makati City. Opened in November 2015, the tower is the newest development on the avenue. The building uses the latest security systems and telecommunications equipment for Internet access, and we have three resident Japanese staff to keep the management system running smoothly and provide the best office environment at a reasonable cost.
We have also built a one-stop service system for new companies entering the Philippines, and are able to assist with finding residences for stationed employees, or real estate properties for factories, warehouses, stores and other facilities. We have extensive consulting experience and an excellent track record in working with partners involving matters to set up a company, hire personnel, and carry out advertising and publicity. Leveraging these assets we are able to meet any customer needs.
