FAQ about discrepancies of insulation materials in parting walls and exterior wall structures not meeting certain qualifications(For owners of properties managed by other companies)

How will repairs be conducted?: We are considering adding a layer from inside the room for parting walls and repairing exterior walls to match qualifications certified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. We will consult with apartment owners and designated administrative agencies and decide the method and content of repairs.

How will apartment owners be compensated?: We will bear all expenses related to repairs. Also, we will compensate the rent of vacant rooms during a period designated by Leopalace21.
