Will tenants living in apartments with foamed urethane need to move out immediately?: Since fire resistance is ensured by double-layered gypsum boards in parting walls, and one-hour fire resistance performance tests on exterior walls were conducted at the time, we have confirmed there are no problems with performance. Therefore, there is no need for tenants to immediately move out from these buildings. During repairs, we will make arrangements for relocation or temporary residences.

Is the apartment that I live in subject to defects?: Properties subject to defects include a portion of Gold Residence, New Gold Residence, and Villa Alta, constructed between 1996 and 2001.

If I am asked to leave my apartment during repairs, when will I have to leave?: We will take our tenants' requests into consideration, and make the necessary arrangements. We will bear expenses related to relocations.
