Will tenants living in apartments with foamed urethane need to move out immediately?: Since fire resistance is ensured by double-layered gypsum boards in parting walls, and one-hour fire resistance performance tests on exterior walls were conducted at the time, we have confirmed there are no problems with performance. Therefore, there is no need for tenants to immediately move out from these buildings. During repairs, we will make arrangements for relocation to another room in the same building or a temporary residence.

Is the apartment that I live in subject to defects?: Properties subject to defects include a portion of Gold Residence, New Gold Residence, and Villa Alta, constructed between 1996 and 2001.
