Leopalace21’s serviced offices are located on Ayala Avenue, the major thoroughfare that runs through Makati City.
We opened our first serviced office in the Tower 6789 MAKATI in November 2015 and then our second in the Insular Life Building MAKATI in April 2019.
Our offices have a safe management system in place with Japanese staff on duty at all times, and equipped with the latest security and internet communications facilities.
We have also built a one-stop service system for new companies entering the Philippines, and are able to assist with finding residences for stationed employees, or real estate properties for factories, warehouses, stores and other facilities. We have extensive consulting experience and an excellent track record in working with partners involving matters to set up a company, hire personnel, and carry out advertising and publicity. Leveraging these assets we are able to meet any customer needs.
