Steps to Tenancy

Presentation

Our representative will contact you to provide information about our serviced offices.
(Additional materials or a general estimate can also be sent on request.)

Step.3

Application

Details regarding the required documents and how to submit them are provided separately.

Step.4

Screening

Screening takes place after the required documents are received. Our representative will contact you with the results. (May take up to five business days).

Step.5

Contract Signing

Customers who pass the screening are sent a contract and invoice. The customer then pays the initial charges by bank transfer to the designated account, signs the contract and sends it back.

Step.6

Start of Tenancy

Our on-site Leopalace staff will show you around and explain the serviced office facilities, then hand over the key to your private office.
