Our offices are located in Yangon, Myanmar’s economic center, and surrounded by the offices of many Japanese and other foreign companies. Access to the airport is also convenient, taking approximately 30 minutes from the offices in central Yangon.

Leopalace21’s serviced offices are located in an area close to downtown, the center of business in Yangon.
In April 2016 our serviced offices were opened on the top floor of Prime Hill Business Square, a building which also houses about 15 major Japanese companies, as well as Leopalace21’s Myanmar Branch, JETRO, and others.The building is equipped for high-speed Internet access, and we have two resident Japanese staff to keep the management system running smoothly and provide the best office environment at a reasonable cost.
We have also built a one-stop service system for companies entering Myanmar, and are able to assist with finding residences for stationed employees, or real estate properties for factories, warehouses, stores, and other facilities. We have extensive consulting experience and an excellent track record in working with partners involving matters to set up a company, hire personnel, and carry out advertising and publicity. Leveraging these assets we are able to meet any customer needs. We can also help with requests such as arranging hotels or rental cars for business travelers, so please feel free to consult with us.
