Leopalace21 Corporation (Headquarters: Nakano-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Bunya Miyao; "the Company") announced that it began collaboration with TRYT Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo and Osaka City, Osaka; CEO: Hidetaka Sasai; “TRYT”) with the aim of supporting healthcare and welfare workers through housing.
▪ Background of Collaboration
Leopalace21 has been supporting healthcare workers throughout Japan through its Healthcare Worker Support Plan in response to the spread of the new coronavirus infection. Now that the infection has eased, the Company has entered this collaboration in order to strengthen support for issues such as labor shortages and hard-working conditions that are still considered problematic in the medical and welfare industry.
Through the collaboration between the Company, which provides rental housing across the country, and TRYT, which provides multifaceted support for essential workers, they will jointly strengthen the support for medical and welfare workers.
