Leopalace21 Corporation and its subsidiaries (hereinafter in after the "Group") adopt and comply with the Social Media Policy to set forth the attitude and action guidelines to be observed by the Group and its employees when using social media and will act in compliance with this policy.
Principle
The Group seeks to establish a relationship of trust with its stakeholders, add brand value, and disseminate useful information to its customers by communicating through social media.
Action Guidelines for Social Media Management
- All employees of the Group must comply with all laws, regulations, and company rules established by the Group.
- Each employee of the Group shall be aware of their responsibility as a representative of the Group and shall make appropriate and sensible comments and postings.
- Respect human rights, copyrights, privacy rights, and other rights of third parties and take care not to violate them.
- All employees of the Group shall understand that we cannot completely delete the information we post on social media and will endeavor to ensure that the information we post is accurate and not misleading. The Group promptly apologizes and corrects the information in case of distributing incorrect or inappropriate information.

- The information disseminated on social media by the Group's employees who operate official accounts does not necessarily represent the Group's official announcements or views. Official announcements are posted on the Group's website, in the press materials, etc.

- Each account may be terminated or suspended at the Group's discretion without prior notice.
- Please note that the Group may delete or restrict the comments without prior notice if the Group deems them to be inappropriate.
- The Group will not be liable for any damages incurred by the users or the third parties due to troubles between the users or between the users and the third parties arising in connection with the Group's social media.
