Kurumin certifies companies that are particularly outstanding in their efforts to support work and childcare balance.
In October 2017, the Company was certified as Platinum Kurumin, a special recognition, as a company that has met all the criteria in the action plan and has implemented a higher level of initiatives.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government promotes barrier-free mindset not only to improve facilities, but also to think about a society and environment where all people can participate equally and continue to take necessary actions to develop community where everyone can move smoothly and enjoy various activities.
The Company was certified this program in FY2023 owing to recognition of its various efforts to promote the success of diverse human resources.

This program recognizes large, medium, and small companies and other corporations that practice particularly excellent health management based on initiatives that are in line with local health issues and health promotion efforts promoted by the Japan Health Council. The Company has been certified in this program for the nine consecutive years since FY2016.

Ikuboss is a manager or a supervisor who respects the work-life balance of his or her subordinates and staff, and who is able to improve organizational performance while also enjoying his or her own work and personal life.
Since 2017, the Company has participated in the Ikuboss Corporate Alliance which aims to foster Ikuboss through raising awareness among managers.

The Welfare Award and Certification Scheme Executive Committee commends companies, organizations and municipalities that make efforts to enhance and utilize welfare benefits.
The Company was certified as an employee welfare promotion organization in Hataraku Yell 2025 for the third year in a row for 2025.

The Company was awarded as an outstanding company in the Gomez ESG Website Ranking 2024 by Broadband Security Inc.
It won the award for the first time and was ranked 24th in the overall evaluation.

The Company has been responding to questionnaires of the CDP Climate Change, which is recognized worldwide as a global standard for corporate environmental information disclosure.Our aim for participation is to obtain the third party evaluation.
The CDP Climate Change rated the result of the Company as B for 2024, up from the previous rating results by CDP, which we have received since 2022.

The Company receieved the Commendation Award for the fourth consecutive year in the 2024 Internet IR Award by Daiwa Investor Relations Co.Ltd.

The Company received the Silver Award for the eight consecutive year in the IR Site Ranking 2024 by Broadband Security Inc, which evaluates usability of IR websites and the quality of information they provide.

The Company was selected as a AAA Grade Corporate Website for the second year in a row in the Ranking of all listed companies in terms of the quality of their websites by Nikko Investor Relations Co., Ltd.
