Compliance Promotion System

We have established a corporate ethics charter and a whistleblowing system, and have established a compliance committee as an advisory board to the Board of Directors to strengthen the compliance system of the Group.

Compliance Committee

The chairperson is appointed from among the outside directors, and the committee consists of members including outside experts such as lawyers.
The committee continuously verifies and considers improvement measures for the management decision-making function of the Board of Directors, the construction of the internal control system in the Group, and the timeliness, accuracy, and clarity of information disclosure.
