Notice Concerning Starting Acceptance of Applications for
Leopalace21 Scholarship Program for FY2025

■Background and purpose of establishing the program

Leopalace21 Scholarship Program addresses social problems such as the recent sharply rising tuition fees and long-term scholarship repayment by providing students with offering free rental of properties managed by the Company or benefit-type scholarship. The Company supports the students so that their financial situation does not affect their education opportunities and choice of education path.

Eligibility：New students entering universities, junior colleges, and vocational schools in Japan in April 2025
　　　　　This program is applicable to students living in Japan and expected to graduate from high
　　　　　ischool in March 2025, as scholarship payment will begin in April 2025.
　　　　　There are no nationality criteria, household income criteria, or faculty designation.
Selection：Screening by an essay of 400 words maximum in Japanese (online submission)

Either use of a room of Leopalace21 apartment without paying rent or benefit-type scholarship comprises the support.
