Leopalace21 Corporation (headquarters: Nakano-ku, Tokyo, Japan; President and CEO: Bunya Miyao; “the Company”) announced that it adopted ANDPAD, a cloud-based construction project management service offered by ANDPAD Inc. (headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Takeo Inada) to improve construction quality and work efficiency at the construction sites.

▪Background and Purpose of Introducing ANDPAD
With labor shortages being a social issue due to a declining population, it has been affecting the construction sites, and there is a need to improve the work environment to increase efficiency and productivity. There are many issues at the Company's construction sites, such as the need to visit the sites in person to give instructions and to manage a huge number of records on paper.
The Company sets DX Promotion as one of its management policies and adopted various state-of-the-art technologies in the rental housing business and back-office operation. The Company will improve productivity by enhancing construction quality and operational efficiency through DX promotion at the building construction sites as well.
▪Advantages of Using ANDPAD
The use of ANDPAD enables the Company to centralize drawings, manuals, inspection records, photographs, and other data in the construction process management on the cloud.
ANDPAD also assists a construction manager to give instructions without going to the sites, to send data and to record the inspection progress, leading to sharing site conditions and human error reduction.

▪Future Prospects
The Company will continue to improve construction quality and customer satisfaction in addition to optimizing the entire business process through adopting various digital technologies.
