Notice Concerning Leopalace21 Scholarship Program for FY2026 Application Guidelines Announced:

▪Background/Purpose of Leopalace21 Scholarship Program

Leopalace21 Scholarship Program addresses social problems such as the recent sharply rising tuition fees and long-term scholarship repayment. The Company provides students with either use of a room of Leopalace21 apartment without paying rent or benefit-type scholarship. The program is intended to support students in making their higher education choices free from their financial circumstances.

1. Outlines of the program

2. Eligibility
Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:
・Those students living in Japan and expected to graduate from high school with reasonable achievement levels in March 2026, or those who have passed the high school graduation certificate examination and are 18 years of age as of 31 March, 2026;
・Those who will be enrolled as the first-year students in universities, colleges, or vocational schools in Japan in April 2026;
・Those who are self-motivated and have good conduct.
　
3. Screening method
Applicants will be screened on the basis of an essay of up to 1,000 characters in Japanese, followed by an interview.
The theme of the essay will be posted on the application form to be released on April 1, 2025.
