▪Background of the Donation
As part of its ongoing commitment to well-being-focused management, the Company has installed sanitary napkins in the women's restrooms at its head office since July 2025 through the Four for One Smile Project. Since installation, the napkins have been widely used by employees, with many sharing that the initiative provides a sense of security.This has underscored for the Company just how important it is to support health-related challenges in the workplace.
Building on this experience, and with a goal of extending health-related support from within the Company out into the community, the Company has now donated sanitary napkins to Nakano Higashi Junior High School.
▪Comments from Ceremony Participants
<Riko Higashio, President, TGP Corporation>
We are deeply grateful to Leopalace21 for taking part in the Four for One Smile Project, first by installing sanitary napkins in its own women's restrooms, and now by extending that support to students through this donation. Leopalace21 has also continued to cooperate with us on an ongoing basis, including through corporate training programs that raise awareness of women's health issues. We greatly appreciate that, in addition to creating a workplace where employees can feel secure, Leopalace21's efforts are also contributing to supporting schools and students.
<Representative Student, Nakano Higatishi Junior High School>
Thanks to your donation, we can go about our school life with greater peace of mind, and we're truly grateful for that. We also believe that as this kind of initiative spreads throughout society, more people will be able to live with a sense of security and lead fuller lives. Thank you very much.
<Naoto Sakai, Mayor of Nakano Ward>
Nakano Ward is advancing a range of initiatives to support women's health, including health education for children. Even on a national level, few municipalities take such a comprehensive approach to this kind of support. We hope that Leopalace21's initiative, together with Nakano Ward's broader efforts to support health in our community, will become more widely known.

Building on this donation, the Company will continue to contribute to the community through initiatives that promote health and peace of mind.
▪What is Four for One Smile Project
The Company is committed to maintaining and promoting physical and mental health, invigorating the workplace through lively connections between the employees, and building good relationships with its stakeholders to achieve sustainable growth. On the other hand, since there are restricted opportunities for the students to learn menstrual knowledge at school in Japan, they graduate from school without having the appropriate knowledge, which can lead to health issues in the future. In addition, many women suffer from menstrual irregularities, which is a major issue for working women. Given this background, the Company agreed with the objectives of the Project and has decided to participate.
