The Company has continuously enhanced its sustainability website to strengthen　communications with the stakeholders. Since fiscal year 2024, the Company has focused on the following initiatives to improve transparency of information disclosure and enhance the website's usability.

  The Company has systematically organized information related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters and expanded the scope of its disclosure.
  In recent years, it has placed particular emphasis on enhancing disclosure related to human capital management, including HR system and talent development policies. 　
　
• ■Enhancement of Data
  The Company has disclosed quantitative ESG data, including CO₂ emissions and human capital metrics over multiple years to provide stakeholders with a clear view of its performance trends.
  In addition, key ESG-related KPIs are prominently featured on the homepage, enabling stakeholders to monitor the progress of its sustainability initiatives objectively and continuously.

  To help users quickly and easily access the information they need, the Company is continuously enhancing the website’s usability, including improvements to the site search function. In addition, the Company has newly introduced an ESG Information Index page, providing clear and convenient navigation to key ESG-related content across the website.
