Leopalace21 × Nitori Collaboration Project Now Accepting Applications for Rooms Furnished with Nitori Furniture

Leopalace21 Corporation (headquarters: Nakano-ku, Tokyo, Japan; President and CEO: Bunya Miyao; the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, with the aim of enhancing the value of its managed apartments, the Company collaborates with NITORI Co., Ltd., a furniture and interior manufacturer and retailer, (headquarters: Kita-ku, Sapporo-shi, Hokkaido, Japan; Representative Director, Chairperson & President: Akio Nitori; “Nitori”) to install Nitori products in three rooms within managed apartments by the Company in Tokyo. This has resulted in the creation of the “Nitori Room” a sophisticated and fulfilling space that makes you want to cocoon at home.

▪Key features of a Nitori room

The newly created “Nitori Room” is a living space that combines both convenience and design, which are coordinated by Nitori planners using Nitori products based on three themes: Vintage Style, Grayish Modern Style, and Cafe Style. Each themed room incorporates stylish yet practical furniture and interior design to create spaces that are not only comfortable but also brimming with trendy flair. This enriches tenants' time at home and everyday moments, making them more refined and sophisticated.
The Company offers apartments with furniture and home appliances, as well as internet access. Some of apartments include its “my DIY ” service, where tenants can change one wall with a wallpaper for free. Moving forward, the Company will actively pursue initiatives to enhance tenants’ quality of life through interior coordination techniques and lifestyle proposals.

During Nitori's regular live stream “Nitori LIVE ”, the Company will introduce the new “Nitori Room” concept being rolled out in the Company’s managed properties.
