July 30, 2026
Leopalace21

Leopalace21 Corporation (Head Office: Nakano-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Bunya Miyao; the “Company”) has entered into an agreement with Tokushima Prefecture on July 29, 2026, titled the Agreement on Supporting Talent Acquisition and Enhancing Employee Benefits for Companies in Tokushima Prefecture.
Under this agreement, the Company will support employees of companies based in Tokushima Prefecture, as well as individuals who relocate to the prefecture for work, including participants in U-, I-, and J-turn migration initiatives. By providing housing-related support, the Company aims to contribute to talent acquisition efforts among local businesses and promote employee retention within the prefecture.

▪Background of the Agreement

Tokushima Prefecture continues to face a decline in its labor force due to a shrinking and aging population, making talent acquisition an urgent challenge for local businesses. To address labor shortages and succession issues, the prefecture has been implementing various initiatives, including encouraging U-, I-, and J-turn employment and supporting workers relocating to the region.
Against this backdrop, the Company has signed this agreement by leveraging its strength in providing comprehensive housing support—from apartment searches to post-move-in assistance—to help people live and work comfortably in Tokushima Prefecture.
Through this partnership, the Company will contribute to creating a more welcoming environment for U-, I-, and J-turn migrants, enhancing the recruitment competitiveness of local businesses, and promoting workforce retention throughout the prefecture.
