In the past, the tenants had to complete the utilities service procedures on their own at the time of move in, which is a cumbersome burden.
The Company aims to solve the hassles faced by tenants, and by collaborating with Renxa, which provides support for moving procedures, the Company will save the tenants’ burdensome procedures when they move in, and contribute to a comfortable and secure start for a new chapter in life.

Leopalace21 will offer the following benefits for the medical and welfare workers* who sign up for the.contracts on and after February 28, 2025.

• Renxa’s advisors provide free guidance to the tenants who starts their new chapter in life, including procedures for starting to use lifelines such as electricity, gas, water, and Internet access, as well as useful services and products when moving in, and reviewing their lifestyle after moving in.

(2)Lifestyle Advisor Global 　
• For foreign nationals residing in Japan, native speakers of English and other languages will provide lifeline plans free of charge.
