Leopalace21
Leopalace21 Corporation (headquarters: Nakano-ku, Tokyo, Japan; President and CEO: Bunya Miyao; the “Company”) announced that Leopalace Green Energy, the project worked between the Company and Astomos Group, started offering Leopalace Green Electricity (hereinafter “LG Electricity”) to the extended number of tenants on October 1, 2025. The project aims to newly offer the tenants with ordinary rental contract in addition to the specified contract types: short-term contract with a lump sum payment (monthly contract) and long-term contract with utility fees inclusive plan.
The project offering was to the tenants in the above-mentioned specified contracts where the Company is responsible for utility payment including electricity. The tenants in ordinary rental contract are required to make their own utility contract with electricity companies; they can opt for LG Electricity from October 1, 2025, as long as they live in apartments where Leopalace Green LP Gas are supplied.
▪LG Electricity gets available to more tenants
When the Company started offering LG Electricity for its tenants who are contracted in the form of short-term contract with a lump sum payment (monthly contract) and long-term contract with utility fees inclusive plan since June 2024, the Company has improved its operations by expanding the service area and extending the electricity contact center’s business hour to cover the weekends. As a result of these operational enhancements, LG Electricity is now available across all areas where the Company’s managed properties are located. Consequently, we are pleased to announce the launch of LG Electricity service for more tenants.
