Sustainability Message from Top Management

Leopalace21 has worked to address a wide range of issues related to people and housing by providing rental housing for single households. We take pride in having built a 50-year history and reached where we are today, thanks to our continued ability to be a company that society needs.

Today, various social challenges are becoming increasingly evident, including a declining workforce due to a low birthrate and aging population, the integration of foreign talent, rapid advancements in digital technologies, the need to enhance convenience in living environments, and the urgent response to climate change. Looking ahead to 2030, the target year of the SDGs, we will further strengthen our contributions to society through our business activities. At the same time, we will continue to fulfill our role as part of the social infrastructure by providing corporate housing services.

Furthermore, we are reinforcing our digital transformation (DX) initiatives to support medium- to long-term growth. By leveraging digital technologies, we aim to enhance customer convenience, improve operational efficiency, and drive business transformation.

In addition, as a foundation for increasing corporate value, we are promoting well-being-oriented management. We are committed to creating a work environment where each employee can perform at a consistently high level. By improving employee engagement and retention, we believe we can enhance the value of our human capital, which in turn will expand the value we provide to society and ultimately increase our corporate value.

As a result of these efforts, in March 2026 we were selected for the first time as a Health & Productivity Management Stock 2026, and were also certified as an Outstanding Health & Productivity Management Organization (White 500) for the first time in six years.

We will continue striving to realize a sustainable business and society for the benefit of both present and future generations.
